Beginning in 2008, Graduate School of International Studies at Seoul National University (SNU GSIS) has been managing Master’s Degree Program with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). This program selects talented civil servants from developing countries who demonstrate high-level expertise in the field of development.
